DENIED - Franklin County Commissioners Deny Cell Tower

Update:  The Franklin County Commissioners have denied Verizon's request to construct a wireless communications facility on the property at 4243 Dublin Road, Hilliard, Ohio.  Verizon has 30 days to appeal to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.  Norwich Township will continue to monitor this situation.

The Norwich Township Board of Trustees has received notice that New Par (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) intends to construct a new wireless communications facility on the property at 4243 Dublin Road, Hilliard, Ohio.  The Board members believe that the proposed location within the Ridgewood subdivision is unsuitable for such a facility.  Please consider this correspondence as notice from the Board of Trustees to the County Commissioners pursuant to ORC 303.211(B)(3)(a)(iii) respectfully request that ORC sections 303.01 to 303.25 apply to the proposed location of this tower.
