Larry Earman - Trustee
Larry Earman was elected to the Norwich Township Board of Trustees in 2006. A graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned his B. S. in Accounting, Larry is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He opened his own accounting practice in 1978. Larry is currently in partnership with his oldest daughter at Earman and Wood, CPAs, with his wife as Office Manager.
A Norwich Township resident since 1971, Larry has served on Hilliard City School’s Board of Education from 1985 until 1991, serving as president in 1988 and 1991. He also served on the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce for 12 years, serving as president for 4 of these years. Larry is a member of Scioto Ridge United Methodist Church in Hilliard where he has served on various committees over the years. Larry has received the Galbraith Award for community service. Larry is married and has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Chuck Buck - Trustee
Charles W. Buck was appointed to the Norwich Township Board of Trustees in 2000, and elected in 2002. He is currently serving as Chairman. A graduate of Franklin University where he earned his B. S. in Business Administration, Chuck is Chief Operating Officer of Buck & Sons Landscape Service, Inc., which began in 1972 in Hilliard.
A Norwich Township resident since 1995, Chuck grew up in the Hilliard community, graduating from Hilliard High School. He has served on Hilliard City School’s Board of Education from 1985 until 1993, serving as president in 1989 and 1993. Chuck also served as Hilliard’s representative on the Tolles Career and Technical Center’s Board of Education from 1985 until 1991, serving as president in 1991. Chuck served on the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce for 8 years, serving as president for 3 of these years. He served as president of the Hilliard Music Boosters for 2 years. Chuck also served on the Washington Township – City of Dublin Merger Commission from 1990 until 1993. He was a member of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves from 1971 until 1977. Chuck is a member of Hilliard United Methodist Church where he has served on various committees over the years. Chuck has received the Galbraith Award for community service, as well as the Sam Walton Award for local business leaders. Chuck is married and has 2 daughters.

Mike Cope - Trustee
Mike Cope was elected a Norwich Township Trustee in November of 2007. A Norwich Township resident since 1991, Mike is President of his own Company Key Consulting, LLC which works in the area of Transportation, Creative Public Finance, Economic Development and Government Relations.
Mr. Cope has held many jobs in over thirty years of Government Service including, Harrison Hills City School District Board of Education (Eastern Ohio) elected at age 18 in 1973. In 1980, he was elected Treasurer of Harrison County, Ohio and re-elected in 1984. In 1989, Mike moved to Central Ohio and was appointed by Mayor Dana G. "Buck" Rinehart as Administrator for the City of Columbus Neighborhood Services Division. In the 1990’s, Mike moved up to state government and was appointed by then Director Jerry Wray as District 5 and later District 11 Deputy Director for the Ohio Department of Transportation, the first non-engineer to hold that position. Finally in 2000, Director Gordon Proctor appointed Mike Chief Fiscal Officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation at the Central Office on the Hilltop in Columbus.
Concurrent with this career at ODOT, Mike was appointed by Mayor Roger Reynolds to the City of Hilliard’s Planning and Zoning Commission from 1995 until 2000. In 2000, Hilliard City Council appointed him to the unexpired term of Tim Ward and ran and was elected in 2001 and re-elected in 2005. As a member of Council, Mike served as Chairman of the Community Service and Standards Committee.
Currently, Mr. Cope is Chairman of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) representing seven counties and their 42 governments in the Central Ohio Region. MORPC is responsible for awarding $26 million annually in transportation funding and is the region’s planning and coordinating agency.
Mr. Cope graduated from Ohio University in 1977 with a B.S. in Business Administration and 1997 with a Masters in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration.
Mike is married to Darlene Pryor Cope, a retired Registered Nurse. They reside on Dirham Lane in the City of Hilliard. Mike and Darlene have three children, Angela, Lisa, and Nathan all of whom graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School.

Jamie Miles - Fiscal Officer
Jamie Miles was appointed Fiscal Officer of Norwich Township in December 2006. A graduate of Franklin University where she earned her B. S. in Accounting, Jamie continued her education at Ashland University earning her Master of Business Administration. Jamie has worked in the insurance and manufacturing industry as well as owning her own business, having 16 years of experience in Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources.
A Norwich Township resident since 1983, Jamie grew up in the Hilliard community, graduating from Hilliard High School. She briefly moved out of the Township during college but returned in 1996. Jamie is currently a member of the Hilliard Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Ohio and Franklin County Township Associations.
