Entry Rules and Regulations
The purchase of grave lots/niches in Wesley Chapel Cemetery entitles purchasers to burial rights and landscaping under the following rules and regulations:

1. Live plantings may only be planted in a prepared bed within 12 inches from the front and side of
above-ground headstones. THORNY FLOWERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Grave lot owners are responsible for the upkeep of all plantings. If left unattended, plantings will be removed.
2. Potted plants, inverted vases, baskets, wreaths, and artificial flowers are permitted on grave lots ONLY on Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day. These items are to remain no longer than five days. Each grave lot may only have two inverted vases.
3. Winter wreaths and baskets may be placed on grave lots any time after November 15 and will be removed on or after March 15.
4. Decorative rocks, wood chips, and solar lights are NOT permitted on any grave lots. These items pose a hazard to employees and visitors. Grave lot owners will be responsible for the cost of cleanup, as well as being held liable for any injuries.
5. Small decorations are permitted, provided that they are secured to the headstone, NOT on or in the ground. Any such decoration placed on or in the ground or unsecured to the headstone may be removed at the discretion of the Township without notice.
6. Decorations are NOT permitted on columbariums. Any such decorations placed may be removed at the discretion of the Township without notice.
7. All columbarium cover engraving will be done by a Township approved contractor using a specific font and size to maintain a consistent appearance. One personalized image may be included and cannot exceed 2 3/8” x 3 1/8”.
8. No more than two basic non-ornate urns from cremation may be placed in a single columbarium niche, due to the size of each niche.
9. No more than one standard burial and one cremation burial or two cremation burials are permitted in a single grave lot.
10. No pet cremations.
11. Pets are NOT permitted in Wesley Chapel Cemetery unless used to assist the disabled.
12. Grave lots or columbarium niches cannot be placed on hold.
