Grave Transfers

Grave transfers are allowed at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. In order to transfer a grave or graves, the current owner must fill out a Lot Transfer Form and have it notarized. If transferring to a non-resident, the non-resident receiving the grave or graves must meet the eligibility requirements and pay a $1,300 transfer fee. Once the transfer form is complete and turned into the Cemetery Sexton, a new deed will be issued and the original deed will be void.
