Rider & Observer Program

The Norwich Township Fire Department offers a Rider/Observer Program. As a rider or observer, you will be able to experience the daily routines of paramedics or firefighters.

Rider/Observer Guide, Application, Confidentiality Statement, and Release Waiver

In order to ride or observe at the Norwich Township Fire Department, you must complete the above Rider/Observer forms. These forms must be returned prior to your ride/observe date to the Norwich Township Administration offices, located at 5181 Northwest Parkway, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. The Township offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am– 4:30 pm. 

Riders associated with a teaching program, such as Grant Paramedic or Columbus State Community College Paramedic Program, may ride from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm. Observers may ride from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
