Special Duty

The Norwich Township Fire Department offers EMS services for Special Duty for events held within the City of Hilliard, unincorporated Norwich Township or Brown Township. The cost of Special Duty EMS services is $50.00 per paramedic per hour with a minimum of 3 hours required per paramedic. There is a $150.00 cancellation fee if less than 24-hours notice is given. Payment may be requested prior to the event. Norwich Township accepts checks (made payable to Norwich Township) or credit card payment.

* A two weeks notice is recommended for processing. Requests with less than two weeks notice may not be able to be processed unless a Fire Chief has approved the request and is able to assign personnel.

*All requests must be approved before processing or assigning personnel.

*Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be filled. We will notify you if we are unable to provide coverage for the event.
