Responsibilities
The Human Resources office is responsible for handling the following:
- Drug-Free Workplace Policy
- Township Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance benefits
- Employment applications and advertisements
- Job vacancies
- Creates and upholds Township policies and procedures
- Paperwork pertaining to hiring and personnel actions
- Managing Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses
- Maintains job descriptions
- Public records requests
- Maintains employee and applicant files
