ROAD Maintenance

The Road Department works closely with the Franklin County Engineer's office to annually inspect and identify maintenance needs for Township roadways. By law, the Franklin County Engineer's office serves as the Township's engineer. The Franklin County Engineer's office assists the Road Superintendent with bidding and construction management for maintenance services. Funds are provided through gasoline taxes and motor vehicle license fees. In addition, Norwich Township provides road drainage and signage for all Township roads.  

2024 ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

Our Road Department will be working closely with the Franklin County Engineer's office to determine the 2024 road improvement projects.
