Educating the public is the most effective way to prevent the devastating effects of fires and other injuries, and to introduce strategies to deal with these emergencies.  To accomplish this goal, FOCUS Hilliard and the Norwich Township Fire Department delivers fire and life safety education for residents, businesses and visitors of our service area.  We offer complete, focused education programs that have a lasting impact on the safety of our community.  Community risk reduction educational programs link together fire safety, fire prevention, injury prevention, and emergency preparedness.  Educational programs are available to all age levels and stages of life and are provided to residents of the Norwich Township Fire Department service area at no cost.
