Integrated EMS
The primary goal of FOCUS Hilliard's Integrated EMS program is to provide residents with links to appropriate, affordable, in-home support. Norwich Township EMS personnel visit residents in their homes and connect them with the appropriate community support mechanisms that can help prevent future emergency situations and solve difficult problems, resulting in immediate and cost-effective improvements to their quality-of-life and the ability to remain safely in their homes. 
Norwich Township paramedic personnel delivering FOCUS Hilliard's Integrated EMS have the necessary skills to assess, counsel and provide compassionate and practical support at times when residents are unable to find the resources they want and need. The Integrated EMS program is offered to residents of the Norwich Township Fire Department's service area at no charge. FOCUS Hilliard's Integrated EMS can help connect residents to the following services:
- Community Services
- In-home nursing
- Prescription Compliance
- In-home meals
- Transportation assistance
- Hospice
- Home Safety Inspections
