Meeting Room Reservations
Norwich Township has several meeting rooms that are available to reserve. Community groups, sponsors of educational and cultural events, and Norwich Township and City of Hilliard residents are welcome to reserve and use these meeting rooms between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM when the schedule permits.
Norwich Township and the City of Hilliard business needs take precedence over the scheduling and use of these rooms. Private parties and organizations serving food will be required to pay a deposit via check and rental fees may apply.
*Note: Rental fees may be paid by credit card or check. Review the Meeting Room Policy.
If you are a resident or an organization of Norwich Township or the City of Hilliard, click complete the Meeting Room Application Form. Proof of residence may be requested when processing the request.
Note: Meeting rooms may NOT be used for commercial enterprises, for-profit activities, worship services, or wedding receptions. Activities such as aerobics and cheerleading classes are also prohibited.
